Amy Bernstein

Amy Bernstein is the editor of Harvard Business Review, where she oversees the magazine and its team of editors. Before joining HBR in 2011, she was Vice President, Global Thought Leadership, at ManpowerGroup, the global employment-services company. There she led the organization’s thought leadership program, focusing on emerging trends in the world of work. She also launched MyPath, the industry’s first career-management website for professionals.

Prior to her role at ManpowerGroup, Bernstein has held senior editorial positions at strategy+business, Business 2.0, The Industry Standard, Brill’s Content, and U.S. News & World Report.
