Cancellation / Registration Change Policy
Don’t worry. You won’t lose your registration fee due to getting caught up with urgent client work (or not being able to attend the in-person day due to COVID-19).
If you need to make a change to your registration, your options are outlined below.
We do allow substitutions up until one week prior to the conference when notified in writing. If that doesn’t work for you, you may be eligible for some other options. Should you have to cancel your registration, we are one of the only conferences happy to provide you with a credit towards a future Mirren conference, workshop or webinar (less 10% processing fee). This is valid for eighteen months from your registration date. Note that no credits are issued after you, or a team member, has attended any of the conference sessions.
For the Live Broadcast Registrations, you are able to provide your purchased logins to whoever you like at your agency office location. While your team may be working remotely, the logins are available to anyone based out of your office location. Logins can be shared amongst multiple people, but can only be used per the Registration Package you purchased (1, 3 or 10). If your agency attempts more logins than you purchased in your registration, your access to the conference may be revoked. If you would like to have more than ten logins at a time, you’ll need to purchase Inner Circle, plus an additional package of ten logins ($385 at registration or by calling Mirren). If you have multiple offices, purchase a conference registration for each office. Logins are not available to be shared amongst other agencies, including holding company sister agencies. If you work for the holding company itself, you will require a separate registration for your holding company team. Please note: we do not provide refunds – even in the rare situation that any of the conference days may need to be postponed or rescheduled due to events beyond our control, such as a weather issue, travel transportation outages, or public health crisis (including COVID-19). Should we be forced to postpone or reschedule any of the days, a new date will be selected immediately upon resolution of the cause and based upon the most immediate availability of our venue and suppliers. Availability requirements may also dictate a shift in the speaking roster. Because we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the conference, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
Previous Two-Day Registrations
Note that if you have a previous Two-Day In-Person Registration for June 2 – 3, 2020, your registration will be converted over to the new Four Day event series. You will automatically be upgraded to the Inner Circle Pass for no additional fee. If the total value of your In-Person registration(s) exceed that of the Live Web Broadcast Registration, the balance will be credited towards a future Mirren event, as outlined above for substitutions.
Any requests should be made in writing. Please send us an email and include the date you registered and the details of your request for a registration change, substitution, cancellation for a credit. We respond to all requests within 1 – 2 business days, if not sooner.

Our Speakers
By virtue of being selected to speak at our conference, our speakers play a leading role in their company’s activities. As a result, we occasionally lose a speaker or two as they get pulled into a last-minute new business opportunity. Although this is rare, we do secure another speaker of the same caliber to replace them. If a speaker cancellation should happen with little or no notice, however, we may not be able to replace them. Also, note that in an effort to coordinate so many challenging schedules, we may occasionally need to change the day and/or time of the sessions within our agenda. Given the current remote nature of work, it is possible that some speakers may need to remote in for the In-Person day on October 20th.

If you need to make a change to your registration, your options are outlined below. Be sure to see the option to change your In-Person registration to a Live Web Broadcast registration.

Should you have to cancel your registration, we are one of the only conferences happy to provide you with a credit towards a future conference, workshop, webinar or other Mirren event (less 10% processing fee). This is valid for twelve months from your registration date. Note that no credits are issued after the conference has taken place.

If you have any concerns about travel this spring, we recommend you consider our remote Live Broadcast. This registration option will become available Tuesday, March 10th. Note that if the value of your In-Person registration(s) exceed that of the Live Web Broadcast registration option, the balance will be credited towards a future Mirren event, as outlined above for substitutions.

Group Discount (2+)
We are pleased to offer a group rate discount when two (2) or more people from the same agency brand register at the same time. Note to qualify, everyone must register at the same time, register for the same pass level and be employed by the same agency brand. Sister agencies within a holding/parent company are not eligible to combine their registrations to receive the group rate discount. The 2020 group discount is $120 off per ticket.
Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be applied at the time of registration and cannot be used retroactively on already purchased registrations. Discount codes are not stackable (IE only one can be used per registration).
Payment Options
Registration can be paid by major credit card or by check (Note, check option is only available to group passes). All checks must be received within 10 business days to confirm your registration. If you are registering within 10 business days of the conference, all checks must be received by no later than Friday, May 22, 2020. Checks will not be accepted after this date.
Note that by registering for this event, we may occasionally provide you with email updates on other topics that are similar and relevant in nature.
For the period through (12) twelve months following this conference, your agency agrees not to directly or indirectly play any role in the recruiting or solicitation of any Mirren employee or contractor to terminate their existing employment or contract relationship with Mirren.
