Ann Billock

Ann is a founding partner of ARK Advisors, one of the nation’s leading strategic marketing management consultancies. She has almost thirty years of experience working as a senior marketing executive for national advertisers and agencies, including over eighteen years as a management consultant.

Prior to founding ARK, Ann worked at two other leading consultancies specializing in agency sourcing, selection, compensation, and relationship management.  She has also worked as Senior Consultant at The Weston Group, a well-regarded general management consulting company.

Ann’s agency experience includes new business and senior account management positions at BBDO, J. Walter Thompson, Wunderman Worldwide and Hill Holiday.

Ann also has client-side experience, having worked for both a major packaged goods marketer and a major media/entertainment company — her experience includes Brand Management at Kraft (General Foods) and direct marketing management at CBS Publications.

Ann attended Brown University, received her BA from Barnard College, and has an MBA with High Honors in Marketing from Boston University Graduate School of Management.
