Carin Zubillaga

Carin Zubillaga, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is director human capital consulting at TriNet, a leading provider of comprehensive human resources for small and medium-size businesses. In her role, she leads a team of Human Resource Consultants who work with customers to provide guidance on federal and state employment law compliance, performance management, leaves of absence, recruiting and onboarding, and other HR best practices. In addition, Carin provides strategic counsel to customers on various HR topics.

Prior to joining TriNet, Carin held senior human resource recruiter position at Randstad.

Carin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida and holds multiple HR certifications. Carin is an avid Gator football fan and is on the boat in Gulf every moment she can!
